The Lahijan Tea Square project is inspired by the city's terraced tea gardens and unique topography, forming a multi-level, symbolic urban structure. It acts as a gateway, urban landmark, and public space, integrating pedestrian paths and green platforms. Designed for the humid climate, it includes open and semi-open areas for airflow and shelter. Using lightweight truss structures, the form is both functional and expressive. A statue inspired by Bahman Mohassess adds a cultural layer, highlighting Lahijan’s artistic identity while enhancing the visual impact of the design.
