Located in downtown Monterrey, across from Plaza Flores Magón, “Lúmina Elevé” is a residential complex designed for a dense urban context. Interlocking two-level units inspired by Le Corbusier’s Unité d’Habitation create mirrored layouts with double-height spaces. A central corridor brings light and ventilation, while a rear courtyard enhances cross-ventilation. Ground-floor retail activates the street, and rooftop amenities foster community. The project offers a compact, efficient, and context-sensitive design.
