Entry Description

DROPS, designed in New Taipei's Wenzizun District, is an example of climate-adaptive urban infrastructure. It is the integration of seawater cooling, ponding ecology, and green, second-floor waterfront streets. Envisioned as an elliptical circulation district, the project fosters sustainable mobility, ecological regeneration, and local identity. Therefore, DROPS reimagines infrastructure as a communal cityscape that mixes environment, culture, and innovation in Taiwan's rapidly changing urban environment.
