Al Marjan commissioned Gensler as the lead consultant for the design of 98,000 sqm gross floor area, comprising a 5-building midrise commercial office campus. Gensler's approach focused on holistic impact, considering community engagement, environmental sustainability, and user wellness. They reimagined the initial masterplan of seven midrise office buildings, optimizing site potential and preserving scenic bay views. Conducting a thorough view analysis to maximize vistas towards the bay, enhancing the overall aesthetic and user experience.
