Entry Description

Serpentes’ design concept was intended to reflect the origin of Mexico’s main ingredients. The snake path ceiling installation starts from the waiting area to the open kitchen. The snake relates back to Quetzalcoatl, the god seen as the fertility of the Earth. The spatial manipulation of the space was inspired by Venus’s Synodic period; therefore, people navigate the restaurant in a cycle, with the open kitchen being at the core, showing significance. There is leather and wood with marble and copper,
providing comfort and luxury. The ambience is warm, yet moody creating a calm and vivid space
