Designed by KTGY Simeone Deary Design Group, Hotel Kansas City, an Unbound Collection Hotel by Hyatt, chronicles the evocative history of the building – from cigar-cured rooms of a members-only social club to cocktails and parties with presidents and politicians. Woven throughout the lobby is a mix of contemporary and original chandeliers, gothic details and a punctuating staircase – reminders of the original iconic club. Victorian-inspired guest rooms were designed to evoke a whimsy feeling through unexpected magical moments while balancing timeless styles with unconventional twists.
