Entry Description

This is an ancient village in Xiamen, China. The urbanization process has caused the decline of the village. The two buildings that needed to be renovated almost collapsed. Under the principle of maximizing the use of original building materials and retaining their appearance, they collided with modern and simple buildings. Environmentally friendly and sustainable development is what this project has always insisted on, and it also gave the ancient village a new life.
