Ramblas del Plata is a mixed-use urban project spanning 1.4 km before an ecological reserve on the shoreline of Buenos Aires. Organized around two main avenues and a modular grid, it brings together residential, commercial, cultural, and recreational spaces. Stepped podiums and green-roofed towers shape a dynamic skyline. Prioritizing public spaces, sustainability, and flexible growth, the project connects city, river, and reserve through pathways and vibrant, open ground floors.
