Inspired by N'djamena’s urban fabric and the "Bet" house, the design features a gable roof reflecting local architecture. It integrates into Moursal district with a simple, harmonious volume, open facades, and bioclimatic features like natural ventilation, a central patio, roof overhangs, and green roofs. Using local materials and solar panels, the building promotes sustainability. Its orientation optimizes daylight and airflow, fostering community and blending tradition with modern eco-friendly architecture. It creates a functional, culturally meaningful, and environmentally conscious space.
