Bondi Arc is a considered reinterpretation of a 1905 Art Deco apartment, honouring the building’s character while allowing it to support a contemporary lifestyle. The redesign focused on connection, light, and liveability; removing walls and reconfiguring rooms for better flow, and adding a technically complex ensuite. A warm and natural palette grounds the spaces, and the design vision balances heritage and modernity with subtlety rather than contrast, creating a home that respects its architectural soul and responds to the way we live today.
