Entry Description

Punto Nima, located in San José del Cabo’s tourist corridor, is an exclusive residential complex that blends contemporary luxury with the coastal-desert landscape. Its stepped layout follows the site’s gentle slope, using materials and tones that harmonize with the surroundings. The project features 48 units across six levels —Garden Houses, Apartments, and Penthouses— organized in two blocks with shared amenities such as pool, gym, and lounge areas. Integrating native vegetation and passive systems, it offers sea views, privacy, and a relaxed, nature-oriented lifestyle.
