Nido Príncipe Pío turns a former hotel into contemporary student housing with a prefabricated façade that respects its heritage. The system enhances energy performance, acoustics, and maintenance, while minimizing noise and disruption. Combining architectural sensitivity, sustainable construction, and logistical innovation, the project showcases adaptive reuse that preserves historic identity, upgrades performance, and demonstrates how modern interventions can harmonize with protected urban contexts.
