Entry Description

Button Blessings reimagines buttons as wearable charms rooted in traditional belief. Like amulets, buttons stay close to the body, making them ideal for carrying blessings. The project features five deities tied to love, toxic ties, wealth, fortune, and protection—each shown with a clean, modern look and meaningful blessing. The buttons come with dragon-scale bound booklets inspired by temple rooftops, sharing each deity’s story and symbols. An interactive fortune-drawing adds playful ritual. The full set fits in a wooden box, blending belief and design into a personal, portable object.
