Entry Description

Located in Shanghai, the Legend Plaza transformation is a catalyst for Zhangjiang’s shift from a science park to a dynamic urban center. With AECOM’s multidisciplinary expertise, the project integrates spatial planning, architecture, and landscape design to create a dynamic urban hub. The design redefines the site's functionality and connection with urban transit. It incorporates technology-driven elements, cultural engagement, green spaces, and TOD principles to establish a mixed-use hub featuring office spaces, diverse retail experiences, and interactive public areas.
