The project is located in the southwestern part of Beijing, Fengtai, backed by the Beigong National Forest Park, enjoying a natural oxygen bar. The area features many historical and cultural landscapes and architectural remnants, rich in traditional Chinese cultural connotations, while also reflecting a modern minimalist aesthetic trend.
The design is themed “Elegant Gatherings of Forest and Springs,” creating four scenes of mountains, forests, springs, and stones, unconstrained by form. It distills concepts, exploring authentic urban living intertwined with an Eastern resort spirit.
