IDA 2025 IS NOW OPEN FOR SUBMISSIONS!
A plan for a residential subdivision with paths that serve as common land. In addition to planning a safe and practical flow line by separating pedestrians and vehicles, we designed a space that creates interaction between nature and residents. In order to create a place where you can stay on the path, we designed a terrace that connects to the living room, installed benches, and connected it with the approach flow line. The intimate relationship between the paths and gardens and the lighting plan that turns on automatically at night create a streetscape that feels safe.
