It transcends mere aesthetics, functioning as a tangible reminder of the intricate relationship between humans and the natural world. Inspired by the phenomenon of land subsidence, the pieces represent the often-ignored consequences of human activity on the environment.

My name is Akhil, and I'm a design student with a strong interest in exploring the emotional impact design can have on users. While mastering the problem-solving of design is certainly important, I believe the true power lies in its ability to connect with people on a deeper level. I'm particularly drawn to the idea that design transcends mere functionality and prompts. Instead, it offers the opportunity to weave together imagination and emotional resonance, creating experiences that resonate not only with the user's mind but also evoke lasting emotional values.
