Entry Description

Located in Tokyo across from Shiba Park, this project was designed to house the main office and showroom of a general trading company. The building location faces a major expressway on its north side. To showcase this distinctive site, a holistic design brings together interior and exterior spaces. A spatial relationship between the building and its dramatic surroundings was created by staggering its structural volumes in three dimensions and incorporating them within the energetic elements of cityscape, natural light and airflow.
