The project is located in the Buxin area of Luohu Shuibei, a major centre for the gold jewellery industry. The site is divided into two plots.
As part of an urban renewal initiative, the design of this project is based on the principles of discovery, activation, refinement, integration, and coexistence with the surrounding public spaces.
