IDA 2025 IS NOW CLOSED FOR SUBMISSIONS.
Transforming the former Milford Hotel’s public spaces
into a new urban plaza, Row NYC, was designed to
capture the vibrant spirit of New York. The design is
conceived as a grand two level panoramic lobby with
reception, internet lounge, as well as restaurant, bar
and mezzanine lounge space with commissioned art
installations. Uniting the entire space is an expansive
wood canopy ceiling that curves upward at the
entrance in a gesture of urban embrace.
