Anchoring Montreal’s Quartier des Spectacles, Maestria’s tandem towers combine architecture, engineering, and urban choreography into an impactful presence of high-rise living. Rising 58 and 61 storeys, the two towers of this LEED-certified complex are comprised of 1,700 units, cultural spaces, and retail beneath a suspended skybridge: the highest in the Quebec province. Dark curtain walls and refined interiors mirror the rhythm of the city’s arts district, while amplifying its cultural pulse in a composition made up of spaces to step away from the festivities without breaking tempo.
