Located in Mexico City’s Roma district, Pendry integrates into a historic quarter. Respecting the maximum height of 8 stories, the project includes a restaurant and a café at the ground floor to activate the street. The architecture balances exclusivity and openness through a vertical rhythm that responds to each avenue. Landscape design extends greenery across façades and rooftops, while independent flows separate residential and hotel programs. Pendry combines luxury, urban regeneration, and local vegetation, to create a serene dialogue between modern hospitality and the heritage of La Roma.
