Commissioned by The Co-operators, this transformative space in Guelph, Ontario, reimagines the workplace as a net-zero-targeted, inclusive, and wellness-focused environment. On-track to achieve LEED Gold, WELL Platinum, BOMA BEST, and Net-Zero certifications, the headquarters blends advanced systems with biophilic and accessible design. Prioritizing employee well-being, cooperative values, and environmental responsibility, the space features agile work zones, wellness rooms, and Canadian-sourced sustainable materials setting a new standard for human-centric, high-performance office interiors.
