Tederic International Center comprises a headquarters, two office buildings, and a smart factory. The design was inspired by the core components of manufacturing - the electric motor. The factory's form and the interplay of light and shadow resemble a battery, powering the perpetual operation of the manufacturing system. Architectural wings and aluminum mesh form a simple yet powerful silhouette, creating a sense of lightness and an orderly facade. The blurring of spatial boundaries returns public spaces to the community, creating human-centered workspaces and fostering community-building.
