Entry Description

The Suqian Ancient Drainage System Gallery, built on the concept of "a contemporary space atop historical heritage," preserves and showcases the significance of the Qing Dynasty waterway ruins, weaving historical memory into modern life. Through open spatial design, it revitalizes community culture and fosters a deeper sense of civic identity and artistic nourishment. Inspired by the arches of ancient canals, the architecture integrates natural light, creating a dialogue between history and the present, transforming a once-hidden urban infrastructure into shared cultural wealth.
