Homelessness is a growing issue, including in Philadelphia, where 1000 individuals sleep on the streets and 4700 more live in shelters. This project aims to address the housing crisis by creating transitional housing with essential support services. The design incorporates public spaces for learning, interaction, and vocational training, promoting reintegration into society. The building’s unique 22.3-degree twist offers a stunning view of the Philadelphia skyline, symbolizing resilience and hope. It provides not only shelter but also opportunities for the homeless to rebuild their lives.
