Entry Description

Station Square is located at the heart of Kai Tak, as an urban connector to its vibrant urban context, bridging past and present, linking metro stations, new developments to its historical context.
A large tilted lawn together with extensive “canopy of trees” and water bodies create an urban oasis amidst the dense urban fabric, mitigating heat island effect for the city. It stands as the biggest urban square in Hong Kong, designed with a series of urban spaces for a variety of activities, such as festival events, children plays, lawn bowling, sports, etc, to manifest as a place for people.
