Entry Description

The modern-looking facade of the office building in Göppingen-Ursenwang creates an intense link between the interior spaces and the lush greenery of the surroundings. The building technology is also innovative and sustainable: fuel cells produce electricity for the building‘s own needs, an efficient heat pump provides heating and cooling and the concrete ceilings are left exposed as thermal masses. This creates an ideal workplace for the employees of the client. The building creates a wonderful symbiosis between sustainability, aesthetics and efficient workspace design.

Bio

We are an internationally active architectural firm headquartered in Göppingen, with additional offices in Stuttgart, Kiel, Rotterdam and Cannobio. Our multicultural team of around 25 people plans and realises new construction and conversion projects for public and private clients, develops feasibility studies and participates in a wide variety of competitions. Through Gaus Generalplaner GmbH, we are able to offer our clients comprehensive project management services. We specialise in buildings for education, social services, culture, sports and special buildings such as fire stations.
