The existing NCS hub is revamped into a human-centric, future read workplace and biophilic innovation centre. Work as social enterprise, the sense of belong and connection is critical to innovation. Hence bistro café, collaborative spaces, informal work areas offices and "Treehouse" are designed around a new interior townhall where events, social interaction and work converges with maximised visibility. A new sculptural spiral staircase anchors and facilitates this dynamic connectivity, encourage engagement and strengthen exchanges along "green" bridges linking to neighbouring block offices.
