The architectural form is composed of layered double curves, and the rust-red aluminum panels reflect the natural reaction of metal materials to water, creating a closer relationship between the intangible water and the tangible building. Additionally, the architect intends for the building to become part of the square space through the steps on the side of the building, extending the activities of the square. Architect has set up stairs between the double-curved walls on the side of the building, guiding pedestrians to climb up, allowing them to see the activities on the square and the river
