EXPLORE THE IDA 2025 WINNERS - GET INSPIRED BY OUTSTANDING DESIGN!
This project titled “Grand Refinement” elaborates that constant pondering accomplishes a commodious and chic residence for retirement living. We planned the public area included the family rest zone and gathering space on the 1st floor, and the 2nd floor dedicates to a private area where the residents’ rooms locate. To take functions and privacy into consideration, the separate entrance-way of the elevator as exclusive access to the 2nd floor. Thanks to the orientation of the building, we take advantage of natural lighting and invite abundant sunlight inside.
Chisun design upholds the spirit in "Communication, Control, Connect, Cooperation and Challenge"; complies with the central notion of "people-oriented"; implements the management mode of "humanized"; and integrates the ideology into daily life.
Create from the perspective of the clientele. Wishing by way of each inter- communication that brings about collaborate of the two parties; and with the persistence of each time to establish mutual trust of both sides, so as to achieve the ideal and demands of our clients.
