Guided by the concept of “Photosynthetic Sail Shadows,” the project uses a double-skin façade to let the building grow, recharge, and coexist with nature. The east and north form a green “Sailing Wall” that filters noise and improves microclimate, while the south and west act as “Charging Walls” with gradient PV panels for energy and shading. The west side also becomes a cultural display facing the railway, transforming the building into a resilient, ecological, and community-centered landmark.
