A 10-meter green belt is reimagined as an enhanced buffer, amplifying the building’s landmark presence. Its bidirectional façade activates the corner site, fostering urban engagement. Through narrative spaces, immersive experiences, and interactive features, the project creates a "super IP street corner"—a fusion of architecture, culture, and civic life.
