Casa ROCA is a single-family home designed as a sanctuary for introspection and retreat. Located in an urban context yet immersed in native jungle, it balances privacy and openness through a blind façade, monumental dark walls, and spatial gestures that frame a millenary tree. Two brutalist volumes anchor the pool and circulation core, while natural materials stone, rustic wood, and black finishes create a dialogue between minimalism, rawness, and refined living, embracing both nature and serenity in its design.
