Entry Description

Bar des Prés is a tribute to design and gastronomy, with mustard marble tables, peacock-embroidered fabrics and deep blue walls creating a refined atmosphere. Copper and bamboo details reflect its Asian roots. The ten-seat sushi bar glows beneath a silk sculpture inspired by kimono-making tradition. From relaxed lunches to indulgent dinners and cocktails, the experience is unforgettable. The lounge offers intimate seating and a striking bar reminiscent of Parisian wine spots. Located on the 51st floor of the Brookfield building, it blends Parisian charm with oriental elegance.
