Entry Description

This project proposes modular, affordable housing with a single-stair layout, shared rooftop kitchens, and sustainable systems. It addresses Denver’s housing needs by bridging family-friendly and youth-oriented neighborhoods. Horizontal gardens and activity zones connect to the city, while vertical hubs foster interaction on each floor. With solar power, rainwater harvesting, and communal kitchens, it redefines housing as a low-cost, socially connected, and eco-efficient model.
