Entry Description

This project aims to create a new landmark for CRCC (China Railway Construction Corporation) in Lingang, an innovative and ecologically integrated high-quality campus that promotes the professionalization, branding, and internationalization of enterprises. The site is located in the "One Ring, Nine Grid" area of Plot 103 in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone. Covering a total land area of 34,127 square meters and with a total construction area of 165,379 square meters, the campus primarily features office and commercial spaces.
