This sparkling wine connects the rich heritage and tradition of enjoying the life of Roman legionaries and patricians, who in the first centuries, in the area of today's city of Ljubuški, built Bigeste, a military camp and an important station on the Roman road Narona - Salona, as well as the ecological cultivation of grapes on the Danube loess plateaus (Ilok), the rich wine tradition of the Zelenika family. Discover the roots (by cooling): at a temperature 8-14°C, when the sparkling wine is cooled for consumption, a secret map of the old Roman roads appears, with the Bigeste camp drawn.
