Throughout the design process, ROAM strongly emphasized biophilic design to create a sense of well-being and connection to the physical characteristics of the location. The hotel’s 19th floor is reserved for wellness amenities, with an indoor pool, fitness center, and spa. Specialty dining is perched on the 20th floor, surrounded by views of the city and mountains.
