The Ibira Work building’s maximizes the site by connecting interiors with nature. Located near the biggest park in the city, it offers a new post-pandemic work experience. Designed with a slender steel structure, it features tensioned metal brises, hanging planters, and pergolas for thermal comfort and a microclimate effect.
A landscaped lower-level area with a shop and treetop walkway leads to a central core, accessing well-lit offices with cross ventilation and terraces. The open rooftop provides park views, promoting not only workspace functionality but also user relaxation and interaction.
