Entry Description

The project is part of a protected industrial complex in Poblenou district in Barcelona where the flour warehouse was transformed into multipurpose space. The long geometry of the plot forms the main idea, combining build and empty spaces. The division into two spaces articulated by an interior patio providing natural light allows great flexibility when organizing gastronomic events or workshops. In the upper floor offices and urban garden are located. The system of beams combining with rough untouched walls is generating a sequential rhythm that feeds the industrial character of the project.
