Entry Description

The concept of "public cultural and artistic system" has been innovatively proposed in the design, dividing the renovation of the area into three categories: architectural style, street view system, and public art installations. By constructing a public cultural and artistic system, it helps to upgrade the urban style of Taidong.The core design method of the design team is "repairing the old things as new ones and keeping up with the times". The historical culture of Taidong Checkerboard Street is refined, and the ground decoration uses on-site original stone material, Shidao Hong, for repair.
