The sales center is located in the CBD of Xiamen, sitting on the 33rd floor. The designer defines it as a "lounge in the clouds". The key inspiration being the sea of clouds, the design captures the urban "ocean view", bringing nature and art into the space, and putting people on a cloudy platform to converse with the city. Ocean waves become smooth wooden chairs, and sculptures on the side represent people strolling on clouds. Using simple black and white elements, smooth surfaces and curves, and natural light from big French windows, the design sets an elegant, modern tone for the space.
