Poised on the pristine shoreline of La Mer South Beach, The White Pearl Villa is a four-level residence (B+G+1+R) that reimagines coastal living through a lens of minimalist restraint and quiet luxury. The architecture frames the surrounding sea and sky, dissolving the boundary between indoors and outdoors to create a home that is at once immersive, open, and deeply serene.
This project is a dialogue between context and craft - a residence that is visually refined yet highly functional, offering its inhabitants a lifestyle rooted in wellness, connection, and timeless elegance.
Founded in 2019, by Shamna and Wojciech Stranc, Concept by SOWE is an international multi-disciplinary design studio based in U.A.E and India. We aim to establish a progressive and sensory experience through design. With projects across 4 countries and over 10 cities, our design process is collaborative, and we work closely with our clients to understand their vision and needs.
