This project reimagines the workplace as a supportive ecosystem for Gen Z professionals in Beijing, responding to the rising anxiety of high-density urban life. Drawing inspiration from Kobo Abe’s The Box Man, the design emphasizes safety, flexibility, and connectivity, transforming the office into a dynamic, cohesive environment. Carefully integrated private spaces and collaborative zones give employees the freedom to work how they thrive best, supporting physical and mental well-being, sparking creativity, and fostering a genuine sense of belonging.
