Entry Description

Chidoon is versatile children's furniture that transforms from a compact pouf into a modular play mat. It fulfills a child's core needs for curiosity, comfort, and physical activity.
In its closed form, it's a soft seat with hidden toy storage, promoting tidiness. When unfolded, it creates a playful landscape with animal characters, introducing social roles and sparking imaginative play.
Serving as a bridge between cultural heritage and modern childhood, Chidoon is a dynamic piece that grows with your child, fostering creativity, responsibility, and joy.

Bio

Design Student |Exploring
Emotion in Everyday Objects | Form, Function, Feeling!
I’m currently studying Industrial Design at the University of Tehran with a growing focus on emotional product design and value-driven creativity.

With a background in graphic design, photography, and painting, I bring a strong visual sensibility and storytelling mindset to every design I work on. I’m passionate about exploring the intersection of design, emotion, and everyday living—where form, function, and feeling come together.
