Entry Description

This residential project redefines urban living by blending private and community spaces. We combined a rectangular lot and a flag lot to create a unified community.Using setback regulations and the flag lot's pathway, we designed a shared "passageway garden." This space offers park views and fosters connections among residents. Each home has a private garden, balancing sanctuary and community. This design successfully integrates urban convenience, natural tranquility, and a close-knit neighborhood.
