Terraza Santander is located in Santa Fe, Mexico City, atop the Work Lab Santander offices—an experimental project conceived by the design firm to challenge traditional paradigms in corporate banking environments.
Spanning 2k sqm, this rooftop space reclaims and redefines the building’s uppermost level. Formerly reserved for installations, the roof has been transformed into a dynamic recreational and sports hub.
This oasis within an urban context underscores Santander’s commitment to sustainability and employee wellness, promoting physical health and a balanced, active lifestyle.
In 2021, Architect César Flores established CF Taller de Arquitectura, a Mexican firm focused on the development of comprehensive architectural projects, after leading another practice for several years. The firm is constantly searching for ways to transform its context and to reinterpret the way in which people experience and appropriate space.
The team has extensive experience in residential, office and commercial projects, and have conceptualized and built a large number of projects both in Mexico and in the world.
