Upon the first visit to the site, the triangular geometry of the plot appeared to present a zoning challenge. Yet the solution was offered by the landscape itself: mature endemic trees, both within and beyond the boundaries, naturally framed the façade and entrance, hinting early on at the project’s architectural intent.
The programme unfolds across two levels. On the ground floor, the social area omits a formal dining room and is instead anchored by a generous central island. A study with an en-suite bathroom completes the level and conceals one of the project’s most discreet gestures
