Entry Description

The China Resources Hubei East Zone Plot A6 project occupies 1.13 hectares in the core area of Luohu District, Shenzhen. As the eastern gateway to the Hubei urban renewal subarea, it connects Metro Line 25 and arterial roads, serving as a hub for the commercial district entrance, underground vehicular loop, and sunken plaza. Inspired by "layered mountain peaks," the design features a 58-story terraced office tower (248m) as a landmark, stitching old and new skylines with its west-low-east-high profile. The façade's silver-gray aluminum vertical lines reflect a contemporary government identity.
